LOGSOL was incorporated in 2004 by its principal founder Rear Admiral (ret’d) Hayden Pritchard former Chief of Defence Staff, Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. We are a strategic services company that focuses on optimizing organizational performance through a variety of mechanisms. These include Change Management, Business Continuity, Executive Leadership Training,, Knowledge Management and Team Building. We also offer solutions along the entire spectrum of security related challenges that organizations face.

Rear Admiral Pritchard has over thirty three years’ experience in the provision of a broad spectrum of services to the nation of Trinidad and Tobago and internationally. This experience has culminated in work in policy and strategy development and implementation at the highest levels to include national and inter-governmental.

He has  provided consulting services to the government of Trinidad and Tobago in the area of policy development, business continuity and security sector reform.

These experiences together with a strong academic and research background have coalesced into unique competencies in the areas of strategic change and management of organizations.

Admiral Pritchard has spoken regionally and internationally on issues such as the importance of leadership in organizational change and the role of networks in dealing with complex environments. He is a visiting adjunct professor at the George C. Marshall European  Center for Security Studies in Germany.

Admiral Pritchard is the recpient of several international and national commendations and awards. These include the Trinidad and Tobago Medal of Merit (Gold) awarded in 2022.
